Day of relaxation in Cachou where we can enjoy the beach, know the local way of life strolling and chatting with people simp ticos. Visit the school, health center, the garden of the Association of women and the youth home. Lunch, dinner and overnight at camp Sounka .

Day 13 .- CACHOUANE ⠀ "Karabane-CACHOUANE.

Tour with ³ n canoe to the island of Karabane, at the mouth of the Casamance River that was very important in colonial à © little visit on foot. © s After lunch at a beach bar and enjoy a good bath ± o, returned to Cachou. Dinner and overnight at camp Sounka .
